<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif; font-size: large;">कुछ लोग ही शायद जानते हों मेरा जुड़ाव योग से दो दशकों से सीखने और सीखाने से रहा हैं. वैसे तो पिताश्री मेरे जन्म के पहले से ही योग के दो बड़े स्तम्भ शिवानंद आश्रम, ऋषिकेश और बिहार योग विद्यालय, मुंगेर से डायरेक्ट जुड़े रहे. और परिस्थितयों बस मैं सन 2001 में बिहार योग विद्यालय से, दिल्ली के भौतिक जीवन और आईटी में महारथ हासिल करने और काम करने के बाद कनेक्ट हुआ. बचपन में आना-जाना होता रहा, पर वो सिर्फ एक आउटिंग होती थी मेरे लिए. कुछ साल आश्रम के कठिन अनुशासन में रहा. वही रहते हुए इच्छा हुई तो योग मनोविज्ञान में डिप्लोमा कर लिया. योग पिताश्री के लिए जीवन पद्धित थी और उसे मैं भी अपनाने की कोशिश करता रहता हूँ. इतना बताना इसलिए जरुरी था, ताकि बाकि बात आपको समझ आ सके.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif; font-size: large;">योग सीखने के लिए आज तक जो भी लोग मुझ से जुड़े, पहली मुलाकात में दो-चार को छोड़कर सबकी पहली इच्छा यही होती कि वो मेरे जैसे फिट और स्लिम दिखें. अब आप कहोगे दो-चार को छोड़कर क्यों ? तो बात ये थी कि वो दो-चार लोग पहले से ही फिट और स्लिम थे और ओवरआल वेलबीइंग के लिए योग से जुड़े थे. दिल्ली हो या भागलपुर सबके सब हाई सोसाइटी वाले रहे. मेरा अनुभव रहा है, मध्यम वर्ग या निम्न वर्ग के लोग सिर्फ रोग ग्रसित होने पर ही योग की शरण में आता है. उसके पहले उनके लिए योग बकवास है.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif; font-size: large;">फिर बात पहुँचती खानपान पर और लोगों का आंकलन होता “आप तो सिर्फ खिचड़ी और दलिया खाते होंगे”, इसलिए इतने फिट और स्लिम हैं. पहली मुलाक़ात में सिर्फ इतना कहता एक-एक स्टेप फॉलो करो और फिर आपकी इच्छा जरूर पूरी होगी. हो सकता है खानपान में थोडा जोड़-तोड़ करना पड़े पर मैं ये मत खाओ, वो मत खाओ नहीं कहूँगा. मैं खुद एक फूडी हूँ. लोगों को लगता, वाह बैठे बिठाए अलादीन का चिराग हाथ लग गया. खूब खुश हो जाते. </span></div>

<li><span style="font-size: large;">Turn the lights low (or you can do it in the sunlight), whatever suits you.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">During practice do not use fans and air conditioner unless it is extremely hot.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Release all thoughts; it’s good or bad doesn’t matter; before the practice & relaxed yourself by Chanting any Santi Mantra.</span></li>
